Let's build in more breaks from the "work" to focus on the humans doing the work.

I'm currently prepping to facilitate an executive board retreat this Saturday and I cannot wait!


I love learning about the organization's mission and what they're currently challenged with.


I love helping to strategize content and exercises that help bridge the gap on some of those challenges.


I love reminding groups of passionate people why they're part of this organization in the first place.


I love creating moments where people can build deeper connections with their colleagues, simply by listening to each other's stories.


I love gently - and not so gently - pushing people out of their comfort zones to make opportunities for growth.


I love listening to a room full of smart, driven, skilled people courageously discuss their differences, learn to hold space for one another, and come to a solution that benefits all.


I love encouraging extremely focused groups to take a step back, find a different perspective, analyze, adjust, then focus back in to practice, learn, and keep moving forward.


We all need to build in breaks from the "work" to focus on the humans doing the work. Realign, find greater understanding and connection, build new skills, and return to the work with an even greater empathy for each other and drive for positive impact.
