My work is grounded in the belief that sustainable success is built on integrity, clarity, and accountability. I partner with leaders and organizations to reduce noise, strengthen alignment, and turn complexity into coherent, values-driven action.
I value the balance of structure and humanity—holding high standards for both execution and how people experience the work. I notice what others often miss: the dynamics in the room, the unspoken concerns, and the misalignment between values and action. That awareness allows me to ask better questions, guide clearer decisions, and support leaders in doing work that holds up over time.
My background spans 15+ years across for-profit and nonprofit organizations, where I advanced from a coordinator role to Vice President at one of the largest nonprofits in Metro Detroit. I’ve led work across marketing, fundraising, communications, and cross-functional strategy—often in complex, high-stakes environments requiring both precision and trust.
