October 2 - 4, 2026
Cassopolis, MI
NOTE: Registration ends Sept 1!
Scholarships & payment plans available.
Step away from the noise of daily leadership and into a space for clarity, reflection, and honest conversation.
This retreat is designed for high-capacity, purpose-driven women in leadership who are ready to refine how they lead—or reimagine what’s next—so it feels more aligned, sustainable, and impactful.
You’re likely someone others rely on. You carry responsibility, make decisions, and show up consistently—but you’ve started to feel the weight of it. Not burnout, necessarily—but a sense that something isn’t quite aligned, or that there’s more possible for you.
This is a space to think more expansively about your leadership—to gain new perspective, learn from others, and identify the shifts that will move you forward with greater clarity, intention, and confidence in how you lead.
This experience is for women who:
-
lead teams, organizations, or initiatives
-
carry significant responsibility: professionally & personally
-
are relied on by others
-
are experiencing a level of fatigue that isn’t burnout—but isn’t sustainable either
-
are thoughtful, self-aware, & committed to growth
-
have a desire for deeper, more honest connection with peers
They’re not looking for more information—they’re looking for:
-
space to think clearly & step out of the day-to-day
-
honest, meaningful conversation—not surface-level networking
-
perspective from other capable, grounded women
-
clarity on what’s next for them as leaders
-
permission—and language—to lead differently
