I have had clients come to me looking for support in setting yearly goals and accountability plans, working through a major transition, navigating identity/mid-life/role challenges, career and family planning and troubleshooting, setting up a business endeavor, living healthier, and more. Our sessions will hold dedicated time and space for self-reflection and personal growth, allowing you to step back from daily life and gain clarity on your path forward. I will help you identify and align your core values with life choices, leading to more authentic and fulfilling personal and professional experiences.
