This two-day online leadership development clinic provides both emerging and seasoned leaders with an easy-to-implement coaching process that will: - promote innovation and accelerate results - effectively develop and retain valuable organizational members - improve organizational communication and team effectiveness - deepen commitment to personal, professional and organizational goals LEADER-AS-COACH FACILITATED TRAINING - 16 hour virtual course (over two days) - Balanced learning program with discussion, experiential exercises & workbook lessons - Discover coaching as a powerful model of management, mentoring and leadership for team development - Experience and practice coaching tools and skills - Structured peer coaching practice sessions with feedback PERSONALIZED COMMUNICATION STYLE ASSESSMENT - Guided assessment of personal leadership and communication style - Personalized report of results and tips for leveraging each style - Significant opportunity for improved communication, collaboration, and camaraderie within team and organization POST-CLINIC GROUP INTEGRATION SESSIONS - (4) 1-hour virtual facilitated group sessions, held monthly post-clinic - Discussion of integration successes and challenges - Deeper dive into clinic elements and leadership skills supportive of group needs - Continued peer coaching practice opportunities 1:1 COACHING SESSION - (1) individual virtual coaching session with licensed facilitator post-clinic - Discussion of personal leadership journey, challenges, next steps for integration of leadership skills learned - Opportunity to continue 1:1 coaching sessions, paid & contracted separately With 18 hours of facilitated training and 3 hours of group and individualized coaching, this program is hard to beat!
