Past consulting projects include: - Creating, facilitating, and executing an annual strategic partnership plan to yield stronger relationships in the Michigan dairy industry and create opportunities for increased product distributions through the food bank network. - Leading the marketing, fundraising, and communications workgroups as a part of a larger project launch team for a new & innovative food security program - Supporting the strategic planning & conceptualization for the food security project's custom IT solution, organizing an expert advisory committee, creating a recommendation and selection of the vendor for the project - Research, curate and write succinct & compelling profiles for highly-acclaimed award nominees - Non-profit fundraising event support including strategic program & breakout session planning, writing of remarks, creation of event presentation, rehearsals, and oversight of execution. - Creation of a comprehensive communications plan with inputs and outputs across multiple lead systems and marketing channels.
